RATTLERS WIN TWO OVER WEEKEND

The Bradford Rattlers improved their record to 9-3-0 with two wins this weekend. A 7-4 victory on the road over the Almaguin Spartans opened the weekend. RattNation was back at home Sunday to take down the Cambridge Bears 8-4.
Despite the lopsided victories, the Bradford club stated that they have alot of work to do defensively.
In South River, Sebastian Hoglund had four points with two goals and two assists to be named first star of the game. Grawbarger and Lindbom had three points each in the victory. Goal scorers included: Hoglund (2), Dueck (2), Grawbarger, Lindbom and Pashagumeskum. It was Jonathan Pashagumeskum first goal as a Bradford Rattler.
Returning home, Hoglund continued his hot streak scoring 5 points (3g, 2a). Lindbom had four points of his own (2g, 2a). Newcomer Rasmus Brunnberg made immediate impact having four points in the match. The Swedish native flew into Canada last Friday, making his North American debut this weekend.
Looking forward, a huge match up against the Bradford Bulls this Wednesday will test the Rattlers. It will be a rematch of last year's Russell Cup final. RattNation took the first round of the 'Battle of Bradford' series last month.
