RATTLERS ADD TWO IMPORTS

The Bradford Rattlers have added two key pieces to the roster. Germany's World Junior Goaltender Elmar Trautmann will be standing between the pipes for the Rattlers this season. Also coming on board is North Ireland's Stephen Eccles.
Trautmann is a 20 year old overage import that already has two seasons experience in the German DEL. Elmar served as the German World Junior back-up goaltender at the 2013 IIHF World Junior Championships. Elmar has already spent a season in North America, back in 2009/10 when he played for a boarding prep school AAA team.
Forward Stephen Eccles is a '97 that will be making his first appearance on Canadian ice. Stephen dominated the U20 Scotland league with 22 points (15g, 7a) in just 8 games. Eccles has proven he is ready for a higher level of competition and will be a solid player in the line up.
