RATTLERS ADD THREE SWEDES
(Bradford, ON; Aug. 4, 2014)
The Bradford Rattlers have continued to add international imports to the 2014-2015 roster. General Manager Sylvain Cloutier confirmed the signings of three skilled Swedish players this morning at the Rattlers Head Office. Ken Lindell, Filip Granath and Marcus Odbratt are the newest additions to #RattNation.
Lindell is a 6'2" player that can be placed anywhere in the line-up. Ken comes to the Rattlers from our Swedish affiliate, the Haninge Anchors hockey club. He was playing Division 2 semi-pro hockey last season and has experience in Sweden's Division 1 as well.
Filip Granath is a 19 year old, 6'0" centerman. In Swedish U20 juniors, Filip notched 13 points (6g, 7a) in 23 games. Granath will be a solid player in the line-up this season.
Marcus Odbratt has been training in Canada at the Bradford Rattlers training affiliate, the World Hockey Centre, for several years. Odbratt is a centerman that tasted semi-pro hockey in Sweden last season. Marcus will be another solid player in the line-up.
