Two Swedish Defencemen Sign; Add Thorsen

The Bradford Rattlers have landed two high-end Swedish defencemen for the upcoming season, in addition to a AAA Canadian prospect.
The Swedish duo of Marcus Hedberg and Hugo Wilhelmsson have been signed to the Rattlers for the 2015 - 2016 season. Both Marcus and Hugo come from a professional hockey backgrounds, playing parts of the past three seasons in Division 3 Sweden. The two played for Munkedals BK based out of Northern Sweden. The hard-nosed Swedes will be relied upon heavily this upcoming season to comprise the bulk of the Rattlers blue-line.
Zach Thorsen has been signed to a contract out of the Ottawa Jr. 67's Midget AAA organization. The Canadian forward skated with the Rattlers this past season, catching management's attention and making the club for next season. Thorsen is a strong two-way forward with a scoring touch. Zach will continue to develop in his rookie season of juniors with the Rattlers.
