THREE PLAYERS JOIN #RATTNATION
(Bradford, ON, June 9, 2015)
The Bradford Rattlers have continued to add pieces to the 2015 - 2016 hockey club. Three North American players have been signed to the team including: Dan Shea, Kyle Vigar and Justice Taylor.
Dan Shea was signed out of a Hingham High School in Massachusetts, USA. The Senior forward was an Assistant Captain, leading the club to a Division 1 State Championship. Shea is expected to come to the Rattlers and develop playing against older, international players with goals of receiving an NCAA opportunity.
Kyle Vigar was signed out of the Delhi Travelers Jr. C organization, where he spent the last two seasons. The '96 veteran stands 6'0", bringing an element of physicality to the club. At 18 years old with two seasons of junior under his belt already, Kyle is expected to be a leader in the room and set an example for the younger Rattlers.
Saskatchewan native Justice Taylor has signed as a rookie forward with the Rattlers for the 2015-2016 season. Taylor was sent to the Rattlers from a trusted Western Canada recruiter out of the Regina Vics Midget program. Justice is a 17 year old forward with a scoring touch that flew into Bradford earlier in the off-season to meet the organization.
The Rattlers have several more player signings to announce in the coming weeks -- including the signings of two former professional Swedish defenseman and the return of several fan-favorite Rattlers from last season.
