Rattlers Advance to Semi-Finals

The Bradford Rattlers have made it one step closer to defending their Russell Cup Title after defeating the Toronto Blue Ice Jets in the series 3-1 yesterday evening. Bradford bounced back from after giving up the first game to win three straight and land the Jets.
Respective scores of the three victories was 5-2, 5-3, and 6-3. All of the games were highly competitive and showcased some phenomenal talent on both teams.
It was a trio of veterans that have stepped up to propel Bradford into the final four. Illes Gallo, Aaron Scott and Dino Gombar have each elevated their game to the top level of their careers. Gallo leads the club in playoff scoring with a phenomenal 16 points in just 7 games. Aaron's 11 goals in 7 games is amongst the league leaders while Captain Gombar's 14 points has him in third for team scoring.
All three of these players also played key roles in the 2012-13 Russell Cup Championship.
In the Russell Cup Semi-Finals, the Northern and Southern Divisions will merge. Bradford will be taking on the Regular Season Champion Seguin Huskies. This series is a best of seven games. Schedule will be as follows:
