Rattlers Rounding out line-up

The Bradford Rattlers have signed two high-profile European prospects and a local Canadian to the fold for the upcoming season.
Young Russian prospect Egor Kurbatov has signed a contract for the upcoming season. Egor comes to the Rattlers from a Russian speaking recruiter from a high-level minor hockey organization based out of Moscow. Kurbatov was in Canada training with the Rattlers through May, competing on the Rattlers AAA Prospect Team in the Bauer Niagara Falls Challenge. Egor will develop with the Rattlers and fit well into the young forward core built for next season.
Louis Chaix has been signed to a contract by the Rattlers for next season. Chaix comes to the Rattlers from France, having played juniors and semi-professional hockey last season. Louis will be counted on as a older player for the Rattlers this season.
Colton Irvine is a hardnosed forward signed out of Georgina Midget hockey. Irvine will be relied on as a leader and responsible two-way player for the Rattlers -- adding an element of grit and physicality to the roster.
