SWEEP ATTACK: ADVANCE TO ROUND TWO
(Bradford, ON; February 23, 2014)
The Bradford Rattlers have advanced to the second round of playoffs after a clean sweep of the Toronto Attack 3-0 in the first round of playoffs. There will be no home game on Sunday evening. The second round opponent is yet to be determined.
Scores of each respective game were: 1. 10-4 Rattlers, 2. 5-2 Rattlers and 3. 5-1 Rattlers.
Illes Gallo has been the club's top offensive performer in the playoffs thus far. He has 9 points (3g, 6a) in just three games. Captian Dino Gombar has 7 points of his own while veteran Aaron Scott has found four goals. Dominic Nyffeler played strong when needed to pick up all three victories in goal.
