Game Preview: Bradford vs. Orangeville (Exhibition)
(Bradford, ON; December 01, 2011)
By: Sean Werth

Bradford will be continuing their season this Sunday with and exhibition game when the Orangeville Americans come to town. The game takes place on December 4th, at Bob Fallis Sports Centre, with a 7:30 puck drop. Orangeville currently sits 9th place with a record of 7-11-4. The American’s squad is primarily made up of players from the United States of America.

Originally, the game this Sunday was supposed to be played against the Vaughan Stars. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, Vaughan has withdrawn their membership in the GMHL. In attempt to give Vaughan’s players the best chance to continue their season, all players have been declared free agents. This allows these young men to make their own decision regarding where to continue their hockey career. This move is expected to improve the quality of play throughout the GMHL.

Before the game this Sunday, Bradford will be traveling to Bobcaygeon to take on the Bucks. The Bucks squad has struggled this season, sitting 12th out of 13 teams in the GMHL. This game will take place on Saturday, December 3rd.
