Coach John Duco Accepts Position in CIS
(Bradford, ON; July 19, 2013)

The Bradford Rattlers would like to congratulate former Rattler Head Coach John Duco on accepting a coaching position with Ryerson University in the CIS.

John has stood behind the Rattler bench as an associate Head Coach for the past two seasons. He lead Bradford to one of the most successful seasons in Canadian Junior hockey history.

Duco played a key role in developing many young men who have worn the Rattler crest during his stay. His no-nonsense attitude on the ice and competitive spirit behind the bench were intangible assets to the organization.

John compiled a 73-6-5 record over the past two regular seasons. Including a league championship and Russell Cup. A coaching record that would rival against any hockey club in the country.

Although the Rattlers organization is sad to see John go, we are proud to of had him part of #RattNation. He has left a lasting presence in the Rattlers organization as well with the town of Bradford.

Best of luck in next season John!
