RATTLERS REPORTING TO CAMP

The Bradford Rattlers have slowly begun to crawl into Bradford, Ontario with the bulk of the team reporting & hitting the ice through the week.

Through the past week, 12 Rattlers have reported early to the camp, training in the Rattlers official Summer Training affiliate the World Hockey Centre ahead of official team training camp.
While Official camp kicks off on Monday, August 23rd, Rattlers management has been rounding out the roster with a couple final signings.
Skilled Czech Republic forward Nicholas Lang has reported to the Rattlers after being selected in the 1st Round, #15 Overall in by the Rattlers in the 2015 GMHL Entry Draft. Lang, 18, brings an intense personality to the rink with a ton of skill. While this will be Nicholas' first junior season in Canada, he has been playing junior hockey since the age of 15 in Czech & USA.
Slovakian native Lukas Maros will be joining the club. Maros is a solid 18 year old defencemen who spent last season with the New York Apple Core midget AAA program, and had prior been playing juniors in Slovakia since 2011.
Finally, Russian forward Khassan Al-Dzhilaui has re-signed with the club. Khassan is coming fresh off a 19 points (7g, 12a) season despite only being 15 years old. The '99 forward has spent his off-season training hard and reported to camp in game ready shape. Khassan is expected to play a larger role this season, taking advantage of his strong shot.
The Bradford Rattlers will play their season-opener on Sunday, September 13th against the Orangeville Ice Crushers at 7:30 at the BWG Leisure Centre. Full schedule and news updates can be found at www.rattlershockey.ca
