(Bradford, ON; October 11, 2012)

The Bradford Rattlers are very excited to announce the acquisition of overage defenseman Kyle Suggs from the Bradford Bulls.
Suggs is ’91 born defenseman coming from Texas, USA. He stands 5’10 and weighs 185lbs.
Suggs entered this season as arguably one of the most talented veterans in the league. In his first 7 games with the Bulls, he recorded 2 goals and 8 assists for 10 points. At the time of the trade, he was the leading point getter for all defensemen in the GMHL.
Before joining the Bulls this season, he played juniors for the Shelburne Red Wings and his minor hockey in the Houston Wild AAA organization in Texas.
In other news, Nicolas Thommen has been returned to the Rattlers from the Fort Wayne Komets (ECHL). Thommen made it to the final cut of camp, as one of the youngest players attending, but ultimately was returned to Bradford for one more season. The camp was without doubt a great experience for Nicholas, who saw action in pre-season games and was featured in the local newspaper as a player to watch.
