Win Two in a Row
Two wins in a row over the Ville Marie Pirates and Seguin Huskies have pulled the Spartans to a winning 2-1-0 record this weekend. Almaguin sunk the Pirates 9-5 in the season's home opener and took down the Huskies 8-4.
The high scoring Almaguin squad is being lead from the blue line. Captain Austin Bryan is leading the club with 10 points in 3 games.
Right behind him is CCHL2 MVP Matt Labrosse with 7 points, including 4 goals second in scoring.
After a shocking loss to open the season, the Spartans are back on track and will look to make it three wins in a row next week hosting the Seguin Huskies again.
The game takes place at home Friday, September 22nd with a 7:30pm puckdrop.
