BLOCKBUSTER TRADE: French Fwd to Almaguin
The Almaguin Spartans continue to load up. Another blockbuster trade has brought the leading scorer of the New Tecumseth Civics to Almaguin, Alexander Gauthier.
Gauthier was acquired in exchange for cash considerations.
The 21 year old French forward hails from Quebec. In 18 games with the Civics Alex posted a team leading 36 points including 15 goals.
Over this past weekend Gauthier made his Spartans debut posting 4 points in his first 2 games.
