TODYKOV STEALS GAME AGAINST BULLS
Alliston, Ontario
February 04, 2014
Despite being heavily outshot by the fourth place Bradford Bulls, Alliston managed to pull away a 4-3 victory. Goaltender Anton Todykov stopped 61 of 64 shots to be named first star of the game and steal the game for the Coyotes club.
Aiding Anton in the game was forward Filip Sedivy who had a three point evening (2g, 1a). Also finding the back of the net for Alliston was Jacob Vander Zaag, who accounted for the other two Alliston goals.
Alliston only mustered 22 shots at the Bradford Russian goaltender, but slipped four by him.
The victory improved Alliston's record to 28-10-2 and sit seventh oplace in the league.
The Coyotes have just two games remaining on the regular season, both of which are home games each of the next two Thursdays. On February 6th, the Halton Ravens will be in town for a 7:30pm puck drop. This is followed by another game on February 13th against the Rama Aces.
