Alliston, Ontario
Oct 24, 2014
The Alliston Coyotes of the Greater Metro Junior A Hockey League have been rounding into form as a contender for this year's Russell Cup Championship. The Coyotes won a huge game over the defending Russell Cup Champion Bradford Bulls 4-2 final Wednesday evening.
After falling in Tottenham earlier in the week, the Coyotes needed a big bouce back in Bradford.
Goaltender Igor Tialo played outstanding in the match, only allowing two goals and being named first star of the game. It was a balanced effort from the rest of the lineup that made won the game. Goal scorers from four different players secured the match: Rossel, Jamnicky, Surmach and Andreason.
Alliston now has some time off the road with two home games to finish the month. They next host the Tottenham Steam next Thursday.
