The Alliston Coyotes will begin their quest for their first ever playoff championship this week. After a second place regular season finish, the Coyotes have drawn the Grey Highlands Bravehearts in the first round of the Russell Cup Playoffs. Grey Highlands is the seventh overall seed.
In four regular season games between the teams, Alliston was victorious all 4 times. In fact, the Coyotes have never lost a game to the Bravehearts in their entire history, dating back to 2013.
The series will be a best of five with the winner advancing to the second round.
Game 1: Thursday, Feb 18th in Alliston, 7:30pm
Game 2: Friday, Feb 19th in Grey Highlands, 8:00pm
Game 3: Saturday, Feb 20 in Alliston, 7:30pm
