JIM ALDRED NAMED HEAD COACH

With the departing Al Sims, whom has been hired by the Evansville Icemen in the ECHL, the Coyotes have hired Jim Aldred as the Head Coach of the Alliston Coyotes.
Aldred comes to the Coyotes with as an experienced junior hockey coach following a successful junior and professional playing career.
Jim is a draft pick of the Buffalo Sabers from 1981 in the third round.
Aldred played three seasons in the OHL before splitting time in the AHL and IHL.
Alliston is very pleased with the hiring of Jim. We would also like to wish Al the best of luck in his ECHL venture. Sims leaves as a friend of the organization.
