Coyotes On 11 Game Win Streak

The Alliston Coyotes extended their win streak to 11 games with another strong 4-2 victory over the Meaford Knights this week. Alliston is currently running away with the GMHL's central division with a strong record of 17 wins and 1 lose. The Coyotes are ahead of the pack in first place in the Central.
Alliston is also tied for first in the GMHL league-wide. Alliston is tied with Kingsville who is undefeated in the South Division.
Balanced scoring was the key to victory for Alliston who is coming off a very competitive 4-2 game on the road in Meaford. All of the Coyotes goals were scored by different players including: Russu, Ivanov, Niklasson and Rossel.
Dasilva played strong in goal to earn the victory.
Alliston returns home on Thursday, November 12th to host the Colborne Chiefs. The Chiefs struggled through the early part of the season but have had strong showings latley. Puck drop is 7:30pm.
