TSARUK SIGNS PTO IN KHL

Alliston Coyotes goaltender Denis Tsaruk has signed the equivalent of a Professional Tryout Opportunity with Barys Astana of the KHL.
Denis is a '99 born goaltender from Ukraine. Tsaruk has spent the last two years in the GMHL, joining Alliston at the age of 15.
Tsaruk will, in most likely-hood, spending next season with their major junior affiliate in the Russian MHL, with the opportunity for the KHL camp.
Last season, the 16 year old Tsaruk managed to play in 12 GMHL games, recording a 5.48 GAA for the Coyotes. During the 2013/14 season, Dennis played in 8 games for Alliston.
Despite an 11th place regular season finish, the Alliston Coyotes club has done a very respectable job advancing players to high levels The following alumni of the Coyotes have gone on to higher levels this off-season:
