TODYKOV SIGNS IN KHL

Anton Todykov, a member of the Alliston Coyotes alumni after spending four seasons in the GMHL, has signed the equivalent of a PTO with Sibir Novosibirsk of the KHL.
Anton was a starting GMHL goaltender for four seasons, starting 81 games through his junior career. Todykov was the GMHL's Goaltender of the Year in 2010-11.
Last season, Anton played his rookie professional season in the Kazakhstan top league where he was awarded the league's top goaltender award.
While with Gornyak Rudny in the Kazakhstan top pro league, the rookie Anton had 45 starts, recording an impressive 2.20GAA and .926save%.
The KHL is a top European professional league featuring many of the world's top Russian players. Sibir Novosibirsk placed first in the KHL's Eastern Conference.
